Viva Wildcard ("we", "us") is an independent print-on-demand design studio based in the United States. This policy explains how we handle information on this website and in our internal application, Viva Wildcard Studio Tools (the "App").
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or sign-up forms. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
The App is a private tool used only by Viva Wildcard to run our own business. It is not available to other users. Through the official APIs of the marketplaces and services we sell on, the App accesses:
Where order fulfillment requires it, the minimum order information (for example, a shipping address) is passed directly to our print-on-demand fulfillment partner through the marketplace's own integration. We do not use buyer information for marketing, profiling or any purpose other than fulfilling that order.
Data is stored on secured cloud servers located in the United States. Access is restricted to Viva Wildcard, connections are encrypted, and API credentials are kept in encrypted storage, never in source code. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and delete it when no longer needed.
If you believe we hold information about you and want it reviewed or deleted, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as our business changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
